Jigsaw worked with Dignity Health to launch Destination Medicine, a comprehensive medical tourism initiative targeting Canadian visitors to Phoenix. Leveraging the insight that nearly 20,000 Canadians travel to Arizona annually for medical reasons, Jigsaw crafted strategic messaging, a targeted media plan and creative assets to position Phoenix as a destination for world-class healthcare. The campaign, piloted in Vancouver and Edmonton, included print, digital, radio, out-of-home and event marketing, supported by a dedicated landing page for lead capture. Within six months, the program generated over 43,000 website visits and more than 60 direct scheduling conversions, rapidly establishing momentum, patient procedures and ROI.
